Where will my order ship from?

Friends of Argyll Estates Archives works with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide.

A limited number of products will be shipped direct from Inveraray via Royal Mail.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. A flat rate will be applied depending on your location.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. That means it has shipped.

When will I get my order?

To keep costs down, on-demand products are individually created at the time of ordering. This typically takes between 3-7 days, after which, your order will be shipped out and should be with you in 10-20 days.

For orders sent directly from Inveraray, we will endeavour to ship your order within 5 working days.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please consider doing the following:

•   Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

•  Ask your local post office if they have your package

• Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbour, get in touch with us at friends@argyllestatesarchives.org quoting your order number.

Damages

Friends of Argyll Estates Archives is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, please also let us know about the damage, and we will do what we can to help!

Refunds and returns

Our Refund and Returns Policy provides information about options and procedures for returning your order.
